We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
* Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a forfeited deposit or full charge.
* Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, all treatments are non-refundable once carried out.
If you are unsuitable for a treatment following consultation, any payment made may be transferred to an alternative service.
